At Karnika by Sandhra, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time using reliable third-party courier partners.

Shipping Partners

  • Kerala orders: India Post/DTDC

  • All other Indian states & international orders: India Post

Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

  • Orders shipped to North, West, and East India may occasionally take longer as all shipments are dispatched from Kerala.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic shipping across India: ₹49

  • International shipping: Starts from ₹600 (may vary based on destination and parcel weight)

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will be applicable.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking ID and tracking link. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments to ensure successful delivery. As we use third-party courier services, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number at checkout. Karnika by Sandhra will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details, and order details cannot be modified once the order is placed.

Urgent Deliveries

For urgent delivery requirements, you may contact us in advance via WhatsApp (+91 8075864711) mentioning your expected delivery date. If private courier services are used for urgent delivery, shipping charges may vary accordingly.

Local Pickup

Local pickup and collect service is available at Mannamoola/Peyad/Kazhakootam Trivandrum. Customers may contact us once they reach the location for order collection.

Complaint Policy (Unboxing Requirement)

To raise any delivery-related complaint, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must begin with a 360° view of the sealed parcel.

  • The video must be continuous, without cuts or edits.
    Complaints without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

International Orders

International orders are currently accepted via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (+91 8075864711) due to variable shipping charges. Additional customs or service fees, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
